The Early Intervention Service Coordination Unit at SNJPC helps parents access specialized services for children with developmental disabilities up to age 3.
The program is designed to ensure that each child with developmental delays receives the proper care and support to reach his or her full potential. Service Coordinators meet with the family regularly, working collaboratively to develop an Individual Family Service Plan and revise as needs arise. They schedule in-home evaluations for the child, confer with developmental therapists and monitor growth and development.
SNJPC currently operates EI Units for families in Atlantic, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties.
