The Southern New Jersey COVID Response Program is proud to join Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. for National Health Center Week 2022 and: “Celebrating Community Health Centers: The Chemistry For Strong Communities.”
This free festival will offer health screenings, vaccinations, community resources & produce giveaway, a taco truck, ice cream, backpack giveaway (just in time for back to school) and an iPad raffle. Join us on Saturday, August 13th from 12-3pm at Burlington City Center, 651 High Street, Burlington, New Jersey 08016.
