TIP - Atlantic County
The TANF Imitative for Parents (TIP) is a wonderful opportunity for all Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) parents with a new baby from birth to age one. TIP is more than a program, it’s a network that offers real-life parenting support with a hands-on approach.
Program components
There are two different TIP programs (or patients can do a combination of them both):
- In-home services, where a TIP representative will come directly to a patient’s house and work one-on-one with them
- In-community sessions, offered at a local One Stop Career Center.
