TLC for Moms Support Groups
TLC For Moms Support Groups provide a confidential, supportive environment for women suffering from PPD and the stresses of motherhood.
Weekly sessions are led by a professional facilitator experienced in psycho-education. Women can discuss their feelings and share experiences in a group setting.
TLC For Moms groups convene at clinical sites (View a list of support groups below) throughout South Jersey. Babies are welcome. Sessions are free-of-charge, and open-ended?participants may attend at-will for any length of time.

Speak Up When You're Down
Although it was not developed by the Cooperative, SNJPC works closely with the New Jersey-sponsored statewide campaign, Speak Up When You're Down. This initiative is designed to give families the facts about PPD. By encouraging women to discuss their feelings with a partner, friend, and especially their healthcare provider, they are likelier to get help if it is needed.
