County-Based Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalitions
About the program
Volunteers united by their concern for mothers and children support community-based, locally-organized projects designed to lower infant mortality and improve pediatric health.
Activities include community events, strategic planning, advocacy, and networking. With operational support by SNJPC, the county-based HMHB Coalitions exist in the following South Jersey counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem.
By empowering our communities to change from within, we help create a culture in which every child has the opportunity for a healthy beginning.
