About the program
The Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Atlantic City works to improve birth outcomes for at-risk pregnant women in Atlantic City with targeted education and case management services. In addition to one-on-one support, the program also hosts numerous public events throughout the year to boost community awareness of key issues, including child safety and family communication.
The program is guided in its efforts by a voluntary coalition of community and business leaders, concerned citizens and providers of health care and social services. Membership is open to those willing to donate their time and expertise to helping improve the health and well being of pregnant women, babies and children in Atlantic City.

Special Events
Mother-Daughter Day of Health
An annual event hosted by the HMHB Coalition of Atlantic City to strengthen families across generations. Free workshops on personal safety, healthy living, communication skills and effective advocacy attract a lively crowd. The Spirit of Achievement Awards recognize women who have overcome great obstacles and now stand as role models for their community.
