Mom's Quit Connection Program at SNJPC
Mom's Quit Connection
This is a perinatal smoking cessation program designed to help pregnant
women and mothers of small children quit smoking through individual counseling,
support group meetings and educational programs and events. This program
is funded by the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement and the New Jersey
Department of Health & Senior Services.
