Electronic Birth Certificate (EBC)
This statewide initiative of the NJDHSS employs new computer technology
to record birth data thus increasing timeliness and accuracy of New Jersey's
birth information. Cooperative staff helped implement this system in member
hospitals, providing technical assistance and education. Contact:

Neonatal Information System (NIS)
This computer program is designed to track the course of an infant's treatment
and outcome. The Cooperative provides specially trained staff to assist
