The Cooperative uses the services of Talent Chaser for staff development and hiring. The system is an effective tool for matching applicant's abilities with the requirements of a specific position. All individuals interested in a position with the Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative are directed to the Talent Chaser website (below) where they must complete several steps for consideration.
First step is to complete a Personal Details Page and attach your Résumé (if available). Next, applicants must complete the online Performance Profiling Questionnaire. This survey contains a series of simple, easy-to-understand questions and takes approximately 20 minutes.
When the steps described above are done, your application will be reviewed by the recruitment consultant.
