Perinatal Substance Use in New Jersey:
Use of the 4P’s Plus Screening Tool

This conference will inform health, social service and substance abuse treatment professionals about the effects of drugs and alcohol in pregnancy and current efforts in New Jersey to promote universal screening of pregnant women.

Registration

Pre registration is required and will be processed on a first-come/first-served basis. Registrants will receive a confirmation email with directions to the event.

Program Fee

The $30 fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, contact hours and program materials. Validated parking in the hotel garage is included.

Cancellation

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel the program in the event of insufficient enrollment.

Refund

Upon request, SNJPC will refund registration fees if notified of a cancellation no later than five days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations within four days to 24 hours before the program date.
